Professional Goals

From a teenager SPC has changed a lot as far as meaning up until now it has built its own entity over the years. My record label and character has been through a lot. In all that being said $.P.C is a platform for myself and artist to express their selves and make opportunities for their families and them selves. $.P.C is built off abundance, positivity, and gratitude. We will not focus on the negative side but we will rise with light through the darkness, mentally, physically, and creatively. We are hustlers on a paper chase!!!

Goals as a Professional Artist
As a visionary artist and founder of an emerging record label, my goal is to bridge the gap between creative excellence and strategic industry mastery. Leveraging a foundation in entertainment business from Full Sail University, I am committed to building a high-performing team and a global fanbase through data-driven campaigns and authentic storytelling. My leadership is defined by a '60/40' balance: 60% focused on serving and elevating my team to reach their highest potential, and 40% dedicated to the strategic vigilance required to navigate and protect my brand within the music industry. I strive to produce music that resonates with happiness and abundance, ensuring every project serves as a catalyst for both artistic innovation and sustainable commercial success."  

Negotiations

Communication is key in negotiations and I have learned significant tools that can assist me in negotiations. I realized that I am an inspirer and quiet thinkers have an attraction with inspirers. I paint the picture and brainstorm while the quiet listeners help get it done. Learning the other parties personality helps me prepare myself for the negotiation. I then know how to treat them in the negotiation. Observing patterns in movement will help classify the traits to label the other party. You can use social media profiles to find their personalities.
